Swedish Massage - Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and improve circulation among many other health benefits.

Trigger Point and Deep Tissue Therapy - Trigger points are located in a taut band of muscles fibers. The trigger point is the most tender point in the band. The therapist will locate and deactivate them using finger pressure. This type of massage is used to treat painful trigger points that cause referred pain. This type of therapy is very beneficial for relieving muscle tension due to stress, sports, injuries and  the accumulation of every day life stressors.

Pregnancy Massage - Pregnancy massage has been found to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. This type of massage is beneficial both during and after the pregnancy! We have a special table that elevates, and use pillows so the mom-to-be stays comfortable throughout the massage.
